What is a Torlado?
Torlado is our name for the chimney cake, a legendary European street dessert. A spiral of dough is hand wrapped and baked fresh to order, so it is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside.
In Europe it is called trdelník or chimney cone. We lovingly call it Torlado. Call it what you love, just do not miss the twist.
It is a baked pastry, not a cream roll and not an ice cream.
